| STRUCTURAL FRAME |
The steel base The chassis shall be constructed from H beams 152X152MM will be welded along the external perimeter. Lifting eyes will be provided at equal intervals from both sides. The chassis is primed with red oxide 1 coat all over and & top coat enamel paint is applied in one coats around perimeter. |
| The Base frame shall painted with 02 coat paint, one with red oxide, one with rust-free enamel paint.

| FLOOR | Floor Frame: The Floor frame shall be constructed from MS angle
60x60x5mm welded into the base frame, making the floor assembly one integral frame.(400mm joists spacing). The floor frame shall be grit blasted to SA2.5 and painted with 02 coat system of epoxy paint. |
| Floor decking: Floor decking: Reinforced concrete is filled 5cm thick over one layer of 18 mm thick cement board, fixed to the base frame and floor frame. | |
| Floor finish : Supply & installation of ceramic tiles size 300x300mm as per color and design approved by the client, make by Rak, price must not exceed Aed 50/ Sqm.

WALLS |
External Finish: Fire rated 9 mm thick cement board finished with weather proof acrylic emulsion paint.
Internal dry area Finish: Ceramic tiles size 200x300mm over fire rate 9mm thick cement board finished with as per color and design approve by the client, make by RAK, color and design approved by the client. Toilet Partitions : Toilet partitions are of 9mm thick cement board finished with ceramic tiles as per existing cabin. Pre painted Male & female images as per existing toilet cabin on the external wall. |
| Wall Framing: LGS profile framing GI studs 89 x 41 x .7mm fixed together by screws at spacing of 610 mm vertically & 1200mm horizontally. Wall section is supported by Integral steel frame constructed with MS Tube 50x50x3mm welded with the base frame and trusses to provide durability in wall section. External design walls are manufactured as per specs above in matching paint as per received elevation.
Wall Insulation: 90mm thick Rock-wool insulation 38kg/m3 density. ————————————————————————- |

| ROOF | Roof: Roof frame is manufactured with MS RHS 140×70 x 5mm perimeter frame with transverse & longitudinal members of 120x60x4mm joists spaced at 1200mm center to center.
Roof finish is finished with 5cm concrete slab over 0.5mm thick GI lewis decking sheet bolted with the roof frame. Roof floor is finished with plaster, polish finish over the membrane. Roof water proofing: Combo water proofing membrane 4mm thick laid on the concrete finished floor. ————————————————————————- |
| CEILING | False ceiling is aluminium perforated tile ceiling exposed grid system to avoid humidity damage. Fixed on GI furring channels fixed at 610 mm C/c.
Wall height will be 2952mm. Clear height (floor to false ceiling) is 2400 mm. Parapet height 1612mm. ————————————————————————- |
| DOORS | External doors D & D1 are aluminium full frame doors/ Fire rated steel doors with vision panel size 1000x2100mm inside having architrave with Iseo lock, door closer & complete ironmongery.
Internal toilet doors: are steel sandwich type doors 700x2100mm |
| Door closer is to be provided only with the external main entrance doors.
