STRUCTURAL FRAME

As per STD 20’ shipping container floor.

Top corner posts are die casted MS 178 X 157 X 12MM cubes placed on
top & bottom corner giving the steel structure durability and means of
lifting.
Vertical corner posts are manufactured with MS Angle 175 x 157 x 5mm
with 70mm flange as per picture attached.
Upper Roof frame is manufactured with MS 120 X 60 X 5.3MM rectangle
hollow section welded into corner Top & vertical posts.
All welded joints are wire brushed cleaned and painted with 02 coat
epoxy paint system over red oxide primer coating.
All the steel structure is matt enamel painted with RAL color approved by
the client.

The Base frame shall painted with 02 coat paint, one with red oxide, one
with rust free enamel paint.

FLOOR

Floor Frame: As per STD 20’ shipping container floor frame.

Floor decking: One layer of 18 mm thick ply wood/cement board, fixed to
the base frame and floor frame.

Floor finish in Dry area : Aluminum chequered plate 3mm thick screwed
to the floor, pvc skirting 75x12mm fixed all around

WALLS 

External Finish: As per Std 20’ container walls painted with epoxy
painting as per color approved by the client.

Wall Framing: LGS profile framing GI studs 70 x 35 x .5mm fixed together
by screws at spacing of 610 mm vertically & 1200mm horizontally. Wall
section is supported by Integral steel frame constructed with MS Tube
50x50x2mm welded with the base frame and trusses to provide durability
in wall section.

Internal Finish: 02mm thick Stainless sheet pasted on 6mm thick fire
rated cement board.

Wall Insulation: 50mm thick rock wool insulation 30kg/m3 density

ROOF

Roof frame is as per STD container roof painted.

CEILING

False ceiling is 02mm thick Stainless sheet pasted on 6mm thick fire rated
cement board over insulated ceiling frame made of GI furring channels,
insulated with glass wool insulation 50mm thick density 12kg/m3.

DOORS

External door is 60 minutes fire rated powder coated steel sandwich
type door size 900 x2100mm with complete ironmongery and
accessories.

Door closer is to be provided only with the external main entrance doors.

WINDOWS

Front side is fixed glass double glazed 6+6+6mm size 1800x1500x100mm,
Longitudinal side sliding window size 2500x1500x100mm as per plan.

For Exhaust only 450 x 450 mm aluminium framed exhaust
windows having exhaust fan

ELECTRICAL

Electrical supply: Single phase 220 volts as per requirement with fire
proof D/B Panel. Make – MEM / Hager/ ABB or equivalent. ELCB incomer
with MCB outcomer having 32A isolator.
63A industrial socket for main line connection.
All wires are through pvc conduits 25mm.
Switches & sockets are IP65, water proof as per approved electrical plan.

600x600mm 1×90 watt LED lights make by Max/Novex in the serving
area, 01 No 02 x 36watt IP65 flourescent batten type fitting in kitchen
area.
13 amps and 15 amps switch sockets are IP65 water proof – Legrand
Brand / Tenby / equivalent in metal finish.
Wires origin is – National / MESC or equivalent.
63 Amp industrial male socket is to be installed outside the container for
external electricity inlet.
Tel & data sockets with cad5 / cad6 cabling with provision of Data Db as
per requirement.

PUMBING

Piping: Water pipes shall be PPR for cold and hot water. Drainage pipes
will be UPVC pipes.

Sanitary-wares: Industrial sink double bowl with dryer size 120x50cm
equipped with grease trap, sink with mixers are of Milano / Grohe,
subject to approval of the client.

INTERIOR FIT OUTS

Supply & installation of stainless steel counters with base shelf only size
14000 x 500 x 900mm.

SERVING COUNTER

A/C UNITS

Supply& installation of split Ac units with Ip65 isolators with outer angle
frame.

KITCHEN HOOD

SS kitchen hood 1200x 300x 400mm for stove exhaust.
