STRUCTURAL FRAME

As per used but good quality  40’ HC shipping container floor.

Spacing of transverse members=1200 mm c/c

Spacing of longitudinal members=2400 mm c/c

Top corner posts are die casted MS 178 X 157 X 12MM cubes placed on top & bottom corner giving the steel structure durability and means of lifting.

Vertical corner posts are manufactured with MS Angle 175 x 157 x 5mm with 70mm flange as per picture attached.

Upper Roof frame is manufactured with MS 120 X 60 X 5.3MM rectangle hollow section welded into corner Top & vertical posts.

All welded joints are wire brushed cleaned and painted with 02 coat epoxy paint system over red oxide primer coating.

The Base frame shall painted with 02 coat paint, one with red oxide, one with rust free enamel paint.

FLOOR

Floor Frame: As per HC 40’ container floor, The floor frame shall be grit blasted to SA2.5 and painted with 02 coat system of epoxy paint.

Floor decking: One layer of 18 mm thick cement board, fixed to the base frame and floor frame.

Floor finish in Office Container : High quality 2.0 mm thick PVC vinyl sheet with skirting laminated Pvc size 75 x 12cm.

Floor finish in Toilet : 3mm thick GRP lamination over 18mm cement board, color approved as per client.

WALLS 

External Finish As per container walls finished with enamel paint finish high gloss / Matt over epoxy primer colour approved by client.

Internal finish dry area walls : Fire rated gypsum board finished with plastic emulsion paint, jointstrip free walls finished with polyester tape & acrylic mastic joint sealant./ Fire retardant galvanized shield sandwich panel 50 MM Thick

Internal finish wet area walls : Fire retardant GI sandwich panel 50mm thick, 0.5+0.5mm thick front and back color RAL 9002.

Wall Insulation: 50mm thick Rock wool insulation density 38kg/m3 density.

ROOF

Roof top: As per standard container roof.

Roof water proofing: MS steel sheet 120mm wide, welding on top, front & back side of the container.

Roof covering is with GI Sandwich panel 75mm thick with 1.2m extended on front & back

CEILING

False ceiling dry areas is 12mm thick moisture resistant gypsum board fixed on GI furring channels

False ceiling wet areas is 12mm thick moisture resistant gypsum board wet areas.

Wall height 2960cm external, Clear height (floor to false ceiling) is 2700 mm.

DOORS

External doors are 60 minutes fire rated steel sandwich type doors with complete ironmongery and accessories, size 900x2050mm.

Internal toilet doors are full frame aluminium doors size 700x2100mm with door stoppers.

Door closer is to be provided only with the external main entrance doors.

WINDOWS

Powder coated Aluminium frame white color double glazed, one is sliding, one is fixed size 900x900mm.

Windows for exhaust fan will be aluminum frame with 6 mm obscure glass and opening for Ø6” Exhaust fan, overall size 40x40cm. Exhaust fans will be KDK Brand.

ELECTRICAL

Electrical supply: Single phase 200 volts / three phase 380-415 volts as per requirement with fire proof D/B Panel. Make – MEM / Hager/ ABB or equivalent. ELCB incomer with MCB outcomer having 32A isolator.

63A industrial socket for main line connection.

13 Amp & 15Amp sockets, switches as per plan.

All wires are through pvc conduits 25mm concealed in walls.

Switches & sockets are IP65, water proof in wet area.

2×36 watt Led light fittings, batten type in dry area &  IP65 in wet area.

13 amps and 15 amps switch socket outlets are – Legrand Brand / Tenby / equivalent.

IP 65 Isolators for Ac units, make by Gewis or equiv.

Wires origin is – Teqab or equiv.

Water heater 200L  make by Ariston is installed for showers in each toilet & shower container units.

PUMBING

Piping: Water pipes shall be PPR for cold and hot water make by Rak Therm / Cosmoplast concealed in walls. Plumbing accessories shall be from Cosmoplast only. 04” SS floor drains are installed.
