| STRUCTURAL FRAME |
As per standard ISO container. |
| Top corner posts are die-casted MS 178 X 157 X 12MM cubes placed on top & bottom corner giving the steel structure durability and means of lifting.
Vertical corner posts are manufactured with MS Angle 175 x 157 x 5mm with a 70mm flange as per the picture attached. The upper Roof frame is manufactured with MS 120 X 60 X 5.3MM rectangle hollow section welded into the corner Top & vertical posts. All welded joints are wire brushed cleaned and painted with 02 coat epoxy paint system over red oxide primer coating. |

| FLOOR | Floor Frame: The Floor frame shall be constructed from MS Tube 80x40x5mm making the floor assembly one integral frame. (600mm joists spacing). The floor frame shall be grit blasted to SA2.5 and painted with 02 coat system of epoxy paint. |
| Floor decking: One layer of 18 mm thick cement board, fixed to the base frame and floor frame.

| Floor finish in dry & wet area: 1.5mm thick Pvc vinyl, skirting Pvc 75x12mm.

External Finish As per container walls finished with high gloss / Matt epoxy paint colour approved by client.
Internal finish walls : GI steel sandwich panel 50mm thick, .5mm thick steel sheet front & back, 50mm thick poly urethane insulation color RAL 9002.Flat sandwich panels to be fixed with the riveting of aluminium angles 40 x 40 x 2mm at vertical and horizontal forms for firm support. |
| Wall Insulation: 50mm thick Rock wool insulation density 30kg/m3 density.

Plumbing fittings like Shattaf, angle wolves, mixers by MILANO. All sanitary wares are standard white colour and will be according to BS standard. |
