| BASE FRAME | The steel base frame shall be constructed from IPE 140/120/100 AA MS I Beam, full perimeter beams with central runner and cross members, All steel is wire brushed and protected with one coat red oxide primer and one coat glossy enamel paint.
Spacing of transverse members=2500 mm c/c Spacing of longitudinal members=3000 mm c/c

| The Base frame shall painted with 02 coat paint, one with red oxide, one with rust free enamel paint.
Columns & Supporting Beams: Base standing columns are placed at 3000mm c/c with IPE 120/100 MS hollow section to support the First floor concealed in the wall’s structure. First floor base frame is made with IPE 120 MS I Beam. Base columns for steel stair case are welded on the 12mm thick MS plate with 12mm anchor bolts. ———————————————————————— |

FLOOR |
Floor Frame: The Floor frame shall be constructed from MS angle 50 x50 x4mm MS welded into the base frame, making the floor assembly one integral frame.(600mm /400mm joists spacing). The floor frame shall be grit blasted to SA2.5 and painted with 02 coat system of epoxy paint.

| Floor decking: One layer of 18 mm thick cement board, fixed to the base frame and floor frame.
Bottom of the cement board is painted with bitumen paint.

| Floor finish in dry areas: High quality PVC sheet 1.5 mm fixed to 18mm thick cement board floor. MDF skirting 50x12mm will be provided all around.

| Floor finish in wet areas(Toilet Cabin only): 03mm thick GRP lamination with 02 layers of fibre matting with fibre mesh skirting upto 100mm at floor wall junctions for 0% water insertion.

External Finish: 06 mm thick cement board finished with weather proof heavy texture paint by Berger over one coat of wall primer.

To be manufactured with light gauge steel profile framing GI 70 X 35 X.5 mm placed at 600mm spacing vertically with 1200mm horizontal placement with cross tie setting as per durability.

| DOORS | External doors are double / single powder coated aluminium half clear glass, half aluminium frame/full frame doors size 1600 x 2100mm and 900 x 2100mm with complete ironmongery. Internal doors are semi solid wood /Wpvc doors with laminate finish. size 900 x 2100mm.Toilet & Pantry doors are powder coated aluminium full frame doors insulated with rock wool panel having complete ironmongery size 720x2100mm.
